Low Slope Torch on roofs

Torch-on Roof Installation - Call the Experts!

We properly train all our employees on the safe and best way to conduct torch-on roofing. This kind of roofing technique involves applying a layer of polyester and fiberglass reinforced SBS membrane. The bottom-side of the roofing materials are heated using an open, controlled flame so that it affixes to your roof.

Because of the way the system is designed, torch-on roofs are excellent for low-slope roofs. They aren't made from separate pieces, like shingles, but rather large rolls that become fully adhered to the substrate. Once the roof is welded down and the work is complete, water has no way to creep in or underneath, thus eliminating any potential moisture problems.

When you choose a roofing contractor to use a torch-on method, make certain that they have the proper insurance and that their workers are well trained. There is always a danger when an open flame is used, and this is precisely why our contractors strives to exceed BC safety regulations. Ask to see our insurance coverage and safety record.
