Are you nervous about getting your roof replaced because you’re concerned it’ll disrupt your business, upset the occupants (clientele, tenants, patients, etc.) or chase customers away?
Let’s address those concerns and any others you have so you know there is very little to worry about.
Give you a shiny new roof while following the plan
Vancouver commercial roof replacements can be noisy, fumy and/or dirty, depending on the type of roof being installed. Additionally, sometimes the entrances or parking lots are impacted, and there’s extra materials or machinery about.
Since there are a lot of factors to consider–like the type of roof and type and function of commercial building, for instance–each roof replacement project is different. That’s why it’s important for your roofing contractor to coordinate with your project team so they are made aware of all the issues specific to your situation.
Have management notify occupants of the work and dates
Use lift equipment to hoist all materials to the roof
Execute a thorough cleanup of the jobsite at conclusion of the work
Most people are aware that roofs have to be replaced at some point, and understand there will be a few changes for the duration. Your roofing contractor should take steps to minimise disruptions so they can do the work quickly and efficiently with few disturbances to the business or the occupants.
Everyone can then rest assured of the security and safety of a new commercial roof.
